I recently stayed at the DoubleTree in Tucson, and there were definitely mixed feelings. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to the friendly staff. I appreciated the availability of cookies and water at check-in. The room had great space, with a separate living area and a decent kitchen setup. The courtyard was inviting, allowing for some relaxation time outside. The heated pool was a nice touch, although it was a bit crowded at times, and I noticed the cleanliness could improve. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was a major issue. My room felt uncomfortably warm despite trying to adjust the temperature. I had to keep the patio door open at night, which let in some noise, but overall it wasn’t too disruptive. Another downside was the quality of the dining options. the menu felt limited, and the food was overpriced for what it offered. I also found some maintenance issues, like a shower drain that was slow to empty and a TV that had trouble working. These issues took away from the comfort I expected from the brand. In summary, while there are enjoyable highlights, there's significant room for improvement.

The location near the airport is a major plus, offering a surprisingly quiet stay. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed enhancing our experience. However, we encountered cleanliness issues, including hair on the beds in multiple rooms, which significantly detracted from our comfort. The dining options were also lacking in variety, making meal choices feel restricted.

Family with children Not recommended
The staff was friendly, especially Roy Jimenez who tried to fix our toilet situation. Rebecca, the manager for the food court, was understanding and she apologized for the rude behavior of her staff.
It wasn’t inexpensive but I guess it’s acceptable for what we got.

This hotel suits me perfectly! The outdoor swimming pool, free airport shuttle, and 24-hour reception provide everything I need. The staff even helped me find a lost item on my first stay, which made a lasting impression. I remember when they volunteered to extend our stay unexpectedly. Their responsiveness is commendable.

My family and I had a great time at this hotel! The kids loved the outdoor pool and the garden area where we all relaxed together. The only hiccup was the shower drain being a bit slow, but it didn't take away from our lovely stay! 🌞

I had a positive experience during my stay at Doubletree. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and clean, providing a comfortable environment for work. The staff was attentive and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. The heated pool area was a nice touch for relaxation after a long day of meetings.

We had an awesome time staying at the Suites! The location made it super easy to explore nearby hiking trails and even take a short trip to historic Tombstone. The heated pool was a perfect way to unwind after our adventures. The staff were friendly, making our stay truly enjoyable.
One hiccup was the dining options. while the breakfast buffet was convenient, it wasn't very impressive for the price.

The room was pretty spacious and had a nice setup with separate living and sleeping areas. The beds were super comfy, and I loved the modern TV options. Everything felt clean and well-kept. The little kitchen area with a fridge and microwave was really handy too. The only downside was the sleep number bed was a bit quirky—it randomly deflated a few times, which was funny but could be annoying. Overall, a pleasant stay!
